This website is offered as resource to those Solicitors, Defense Lawyers & Criminal Attorneys who make a living of allowing the unfortunate to live a life in freedom. Every criminal deserves the right to be locked up. BUT! Innocent men and women deserves the right to be defended, even if they don't have a wealth of resources. The justice system, or rather injustice system, across the world in it's many forms are letting down thousand upon thousands of innocent men and women, allowing them to rot away in jail because they couldn't afford to pay the system. How sick! And then there are the OJ Simpsons of the world...... Need I carry on...

This is my way of contributing in small way. This resource for Lawyers, Attorneys and those who seek Legal Assistance is offered freely to share information, publish, comment etc etc.

How many times have we heard someone say, "prisoners deserve what they get: if they had obeyed the laws, they wouldn't be in prison"? Note: Not everyone gets what they deserve and Warning: Innocence isn't enough to keep you out of prison when the system is broken.

There are innocent prisoners in every state and each time one is exhonorated, the public becomes more aware that we desperately need safeguards like the innocence projects. I am going to share info on one such project in the state of Florida. If you'd rather support one in your own state, check with them to see what kind of financial state they are in, for most such projects are shamefully underfunded. Kay Lee
